About Me

I am passionate about supporting individuals to understand their values, strengths, and innate capabilities. I work alongside clients to help them achieve their career, business, and personal goals with clarity and confidence. My coaching approach draws on a range of evidence-based frameworks, including cognitive behavioural techniques, mindfulness, solution-focused methods, NLP, and positive psychology. These tools enable me to support clients with clarity, empathy, and practical strategies for sustainable change.

Prior to establishing my own coaching practice, I spent 17 years in government and corporate environments, holding several leadership roles where I was deeply involved in developing people and guiding them through professional, career, and life-related decisions. Throughout my leadership journey, I found the greatest fulfilment in coaching individuals—helping them grow, navigate challenges, and realise their potential. This passion naturally led me to formalise my practice as a coach.
