About Me

In my career spanning 25+ years, I have had the opportunity of working with global leaders in financial services, IT and data aggregation organizations; contributing in areas of Sales, Business Strategy & expansion. I gained expertise in developing and executing strategies, creating product and market synergy, segment penetration, working with industry regulators, collaborations, change management, people management across boundaries, improving and refining operating rhythms & processes.
In all my business focused roles I thrived most on bringing out the best in myself and my teams. Working with people and people development has always been a passion and of great interest and, it comes effortlessly. My strong relationship management and interpersonal skills have always had a lasting impact in all my business engagements.
It was my peoples’ skill and understanding the urged me to take up coaching as a dedicated profession.
I work with senior management executives; partnering with them, helping them to create a more refined and chiseled approach in their endeavors.
Creating successful leaders by driving and sustaining internal change has been my biggest high. And have been doing successfully it for the last 3 years as a coach, and more than 15 years as a leader.
