About Me

I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach, member of Erickson’s Training faculty, NLP Master Trainer (entitled to seal under International Association of NLP Institutes, IN-NLP and International Association for NLP, IA-NLP) and Coach Master Trainer (entitled to seal under International Coach Institutes – ICI). In addition, I am certified PCM (Process Communication Model) trainer. Prior to becoming a professional trainer and coach, I spent seven years in various sales and sales management positions. I worked as a sales professional at Arrow Electronics for Serbia and Montenegro, then as an Area Sales Manager at Omron Electronic Components for South East Europe. My areas of expertise are organizational and personal development as well as business coaching. As Senior Partner in Atria Group SEE, I had the opportunity to lead different projects of changing corporate and team culture as well as a large number of different training and coaching programs. I hold a MSc degree in Electrical Engineering and I believe that my technical background gives me structure, persistence and flexibility, which I considers impactfull components of my work.
