About Me

Over 19 years in the corporate world working as an IT Professional in diverse industries and leadership roles, I realized how important was it to have someone by your side when you were feeling stuck in personal or professional life. This motivated me to become a life coach and I earned my life coach certification from the Academy of Modern Applied Psychology (Achology). I have coached accounting for over 100 hours.

I specialize in helping people identify and achieve their goals by helping them cope with the issues that are causing them distress, anxiety and stress.
