About Me

Hi, I’m Priyanka - a former McKinsey Engagement Manager, and someone who believes that clarity is not found, but built.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked across industries and continents - from software engineering and data science to high-stakes boardroom strategy - but what’s remained constant is my deep curiosity about people: what drives them, what holds them back, and what lights them up.

My clients are often high-achieving professionals at a crossroads -navigating career pivots, rediscovering their voice as leaders, or simply asking, “Is this all there is?” They’re reflective, thoughtful, and used to solving other people’s problems. With me, they finally get to pause, zoom out, and ask the bigger questions:

What do I want now - not five years ago?

How can I lead with clarity and presence, not just performance?

What would it take to act from self-trust instead of self-doubt?

I bring both presence and provocation. I’ll hold space for what’s true and challenge what’s outdated. My style is insight-rich, gently confrontational, and grounded in a belief that you already hold the answers - I’m just here to help you hear them.

Beyond coaching, I’ve led workshops, mentored young professionals, and co-founded communities focused on growth and purpose. I believe in practical tools and soul work. Together, we’ll blend the strategic with the personal - turning insight into aligned action.
