About Me

My name is Puja and I’m a Transformation & Life Balance Coach and Mind Body Practitioner.

I work with people who are ready to take a transformational journey of letting go of old beliefs that are not serving them, re-discovering themselves and reconnecting with the joy of being and living with purpose and balance.

The feelings of being stressed, stuck, overwhelmed, out of balance, exhausted, unworthy surround people across the world today. Some of us know what we want and some of us are lost. I work with people so they can transform these feelings to balance, purpose, worthiness, love, direction to move their lives towards joy and fulfilment. Having taken the journey myself, I am here to support my clients with theirs in a safe space to share, learn and flow.

I love helping people as the purpose of our life is being happy and there is no greater happiness than the feeling of seeing someone find happiness. I come from a space where many times in life,
moving forward seemed impossible, yet that is where our human revolution lies – a space to transform, grow and flourish.

I take a holistic approach that addresses the challenges you face at all levels - mind, body, emotions & spirit, transforming your inner landscape to create a profound lasting change.
