About Me

I have always been the kind of person who does not judge other people. Long before I received a BS,MS and PhD in psychology, I have believed that people are people who have to develop their own ways to effectively cope with the struggle that is life. I have owned three businesses, including my coaching practice as a Canadian Corporation since 2011. As a Licensed Business and Life Coach, I have serviced more than 300 clients, individual and businesses. Businesses I have helped thrive in better serving their clients. I believe that people can advance in their destiny if they are ready to do the work in being honest with themselves and charting more effective "baby steps' to a more productive, joyous and safe place.As a coach, I am a great listener and ask the right questions such as "how is that working for you?", "How has that serviced you so far"?. Whatever response is given, I have developed an array of other questions where my clients find solutions that reduce the stigmas and gremlins that have blocked them. As a spiritual person, I believe that God made no mistakes in creating us and together, we can find your value and purpose in life. My clients say that I am "down-to-earth" and can draw on innumerable examples, anecdotes and stories to provide varied ways to extricate one self from the quicksand situations presented by a complicated life. All I ask for is a chance to determine the fit between me and a client. My sense of irony, wit, and humor are well appreciated and help in giving perspective in any coaching climate. An initial conversation is often all it takes to determine whether the chemistry, synchrony and vibe is there so we can successfully work together. That is the litmus test for knowing if I am the right coach for you.
