About Me

Hi, my name is Rachel and I am a self-confidence coach in the Stockport/Manchester area. My greatest passion in life is helping people to overcome thoughts and feelings that are holding them back and assisting my clients in realising that they deserve the brightest and most beautiful lives. In the past, I have struggled with anxiety and depression and they both really damaged my self-confidence. Using different tools, setting goals, and getting help from my friends and family, I am now in a place where I can help other people who are going through what I went through. Even when you feel like there's no way out, there is, I promise!
