About Me

Hi! I’m Rachel, an educator and spiritual seeker with over 20 years of experience guiding others in both creative and personal growth. My coaching approach blends my background as a creative writing and literature teacher, my 10 years of training in shamanism, and my certifications in yoga, wellness, sound healing, and Reiki. I also draw inspiration from Eastern and Western philosophies, which deeply influence my approach to spiritual and creative exploration.

Creativity has always been a powerful way for me to connect with something deeper. My journey as a spiritual seeker led me to explore shamanism, energy healing, and mystical practices, all of which inform my coaching today. I support clients in unlocking their creativity, breaking through blocks, and connecting with their authentic selves through art, reflection, and spiritual insights.

In our sessions, we use creative and reflective practices as a pathway to personal and spiritual growth.
