About Me

I’m Rachel Shepherd, a spiritually informed holistic life coach who works with helpers, healers, and heart-led leaders—those who give deeply of themselves and are ready to come home to their own truth.

I hold space for those navigating burnout, compassion fatigue, imposter syndrome, spiritual disconnection, self-sabotage, and identity shifts. Whether you’re wrestling with your sense of purpose, questioning your role, or simply exhausted from carrying too much for too long, my work is designed to help you reconnect with yourself—body, mind, spirit, and story.

I believe healing and leadership are not separate—they are sacred companions. My coaching is rooted in the belief that we are both healer and healing, leader and led, nurturer and nurtured. I help clients hold the complex, sometimes contradictory truths of their experience with compassion and clarity. You don’t have to choose between strength and softness, or visibility and rest. You get to be human here.

My work blends values-based coaching, intuitive guidance, nervous system awareness, spiritual practice, and deep listening. I don’t offer quick fixes or one-size-fits-all strategies. Instead, I walk alongside you as you reorient to what’s real, what’s rising, and what’s ready to be reclaimed.

My approach is informed by both formal training and lived experience. I bring years of deep personal work, spiritual exploration, and heart-centered leadership into every session.
