About Me

I'm a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) with a Master’s in Human Development & Leadership and over 14 years of experience helping individuals and organizations grow through change. My coaching practice focuses on humans in transition, especially those stepping into leadership for the first time or navigating imposter syndrome, self-doubt, or career pivots. I create a grounded, client-centered space that fosters clarity, confidence, and meaningful action.
Rooted in the Co-Active Coaching model and aligned with the ICF Core Competencies, I partner with clients to explore values, shift perspectives, and connect with their inner wisdom. Whether you're taking on a new leadership role, managing change, or seeking more fulfillment, I help you identify what's true and take aligned steps forward. My approach is transformational, not transactional.
Professionally, I’ve served in multiple people-leadership roles, including Assistant Vice President of Talent & Development and Director of Talent Development at a regional credit union. I’ve coached and trained leaders, facilitated high-impact workshops, and led large-scale professional development initiatives. I currently work as a leadership consultant at CultureSync, where I guide executive teams in aligning strategy with culture and team dynamics.
With a strong foundation in organizational leadership, instructional design, and psychological safety, I bring both heart and structure to my coaching. I believe every client is naturally creative, resourceful, and whole—and my role is to help you lead from that place.
