About Me

I am 39 years old. I am a person who has always wanted to develop intensely, to push forward every day. I started my adventure with sales as a teenager. I understood several aspects of this type of activity, which strongly shaped my professional and private life. I went through the corporate path starting as a field sales salesman, ending up in a managerial role, managing a structure of dozens of sales engineers, in 3 Eastern European countries.

I myself have used coaching many times, as coached, so I know how much this form of development, is able to bring into the life of an individual. I feel that I have acquired enough experience in coaching and mentoring colleagues that I want to share it, while helping others. I invite anyone willing to contact me, especially managers of sales teams, as well as those working in sales on the so-called front line.

Having two children aged 8 and 3, it is important to me to develop these young beings. However, it is no less important to take care of oneself in this situation. Having children, especially the first one, has been, and continues to be, the biggest challenge of my life.
