About Me

I'm Rajan Seriampalayam, founder of RadiantSHIFT Coaching. For nearly three decades, I've worked inside enterprise transformation, in Director-level roles in several organizations. I've been in those roles: leading through ambiguity, competing priorities, and constant change.

Today I coach leaders — Managers, Directors and VPs in organizations who are navigating some kind of leadership challenge. Some of them are related to how to lead well as AI reshapes what their teams do, how decisions get made, and what "good leadership" even looks like right now.

My work isn't about hacks or frameworks for their own sake. It's about helping leaders get clear on their own way of working & operating context: what's actually creating friction, where the real leverage points are, and what shifts will move things forward. I ask better questions before I offer answers, and I push leaders to look at the system they're operating in, not just their own habits.
