For the past 24 years of working as Management Consultant specializing in Christian and Spirituality Motivation, Personal Development and Human Empowerment, I love to encourage people by providing them practical, beneficial and necessary inputs and wisdom to create life work balance in them. I find it very essential that clients are taught with the relevance of caring one's spirituality so that, despite hardships, challenges and problems, they could still see the sunshine in everything because of the strong foundation upon the spirituality that drives a person to embrace motivation and empowerment throughout a lifetime. As a Spirituality Coach, I believe this is the most important element in human life that needs deeper and more thorough coaching session to enable the person to bring out positively in life amidst great storms and trials that come along the way. It has been my most passionate moment that at times, I coach a person, I am able to dig out the complicated details of life so that from there, I could trace the roots of conflicts and obstacles that hinder someone from pursuing what is good, noble, beneficial, praiseworthy and of good report.
