About Me
I have led 10 business turnarounds, over 3 decades, having flown over a million miles working in 32 different countries. I have worked in Private Equity, Public Markets, and in Family Office structures in 9 different sectors. Quick personal note: we had 11 kids along that journey as well. So, I understand the challenges of the C-Suite and what is means to be a leader, both at home and in business.
I wrote a business leadership book called “When the Unthinkable Happens: How to Lead Your Team and Pivot Your Business for Growth and Opportunity”. In the 30+ years of leadership I recognized there were many common threads in my approach to profitability, sales, strategy and growth, which lead me to write the book and crystallize my approach into the LIFT methodology. Lead with passion, inspire your people, focus on what makes lasting change, and transform obstacles into opportunities for growth and scale.
Although there are many tools, processes and systems in my approach the leadership’s well being and support structure is crucial to the success of the business. I had several exceptional coaches in my career that were pivotal to my success and that made a serious difference in my personal a and professional trajectory.
My approach to business, leadership and executive coaching is to help in whatever way is needed, not ignoring the importance of success starts and ends with the leader. My commitment is to provide great business tools, insightful approaches, interesting ideas, and strategies to make a difference in your business.
We need to recognize that every business goes through various crises, obstacles that take the organization off it’s path, and this impacts the culture and loyalties.
I will be “all-in” to guiding you to success and my goal is to bring lasting improvement to your life and career.
