About Me

My vision is to empower leaders to live a fulfilling life and my intention is to help individuals make conscious and empowered choices that align with their life purpose and values. We partner together in a journey of both personal and professional coaching for growth and transformation. I work with my clients on setting goals, creating vision & purpose, live by conscious choice and presence, and build confidence, empowerment and consistency towards the shifts they desire to create in their life. Through this coaching we work together to shift self-limiting beliefs, empower confidence, and unlocks potential towards a life of fulfilment.
I have 25years experience in global corporate leadership and I am a trained coach in Co-Active professional coaching core curriculum: Fulfillment, Balance, and Process. I'm also trained in Positive Intelligence Coaching and Horse Guided Empowerment Coaching.
I've led many leadership workshops with teams as well as worked with many leaders in individual coaching sessions.
I believe that coaching is a transformational process of self-discovery, and I'm committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world and create the empowering shifts they desire.
