About Me

I believe in the highest potential of the human spirit. Life may not always go our way, but how we respond to it defines our growth. I help individuals reconnect with themselves, heal deeply, and rediscover a sense of inner strength. My coaching blends evidence-based and intuitive healing practices, from NLP and Redikall Therapy to Metaphor Therapy and Reiki. I guide clients through emotional, mental, and spiritual blocks by helping them understand the root of their struggles and reframe how they relate to themselves and others. Influenced by a deep interest in healing, meditation, and personal transformation, I create a nurturing space for you to explore your inner world with clarity and confidence.

I am a Certified Life Coach through Symbiosis Coaching USA (ICF-accredited), a Master NLP Trainer, a certified practitioner of Advanced Metaphor Therapy (The Counselling Company, India), a Redikall Healing Facilitator (iSolveLife), and a Reiki Level 2 practitioner.
