About Me

My last 35 years of professional career has been a joyful roller coaster ride. I have had the opportunity to start my own consulting in the early years of my career, set up two thriving businesses in two very diverse & challenging markets. The immense experience in understanding and managing a variety of portfolios gave me a first-hand understanding of the roadblocks we face as Business Managers.

I am a passionate, result-driven person who loves to work with people. I believe in building trust with peers and associates. I firmly believe that the right mentoring can help teams maximize their potential.

Now, as a certified Business Coach, I started Ethique Advisory. My association with the world’s #1 business coaching company – ActionCOACH, gives me assess to innumerable proven growth strategies.
These strategies with my experience position me well to coach and mentor SME/MSME business owners. I work with them to address their business challenges, experience growth in business, increase team productivity, as well as achieve their personal goals.

My experience of different markets and MSME businesses help bring a fresh viewpoint to the table, often triggering out-of-the-box thinking.
Empowering associates and positive conversations were the two attributes that made me a successful transformational leader.

I am also a Certified Delivery Consultant for Sales Effectiveness Training. Additionally, as an Angel Investor, I spend time mentoring and coaching Start-ups.
