About Me

I have an Honors degree in Psych and I am a certified happiness coach. What is a happiness coach? I truly believe that every person deserves to be happy but happiness comes from within.

There is internal and external joy. Most people base their happiness on external factors, such as career, money, clothing etc. I will assist my clients in peeling away all the external layers in order to reach their true self and truly discover inner joy.

Inner joy drives us, subconsciously. It is thus something that can impact all external factors, once inner joy is achieved.

I also work with my clients on goal setting and self drive to achieve. All of our decisions in life is based on how we feel about our selves or the extent to which we know our selves.

Discovery is a necessary journey for success, this is my philosophy. I will assist all my clients in reaching a state of being that will drive delivery . I will ensure that none of my clients walk this path alone and that each are enabled with tools to carry on after our coaching relationship has ended.
