About Me

I'm here to provide support for ADHDer's as someone who has it too. Rather than the copy/paste advice like "Just get a calendar" or "Set a deadline", I want to offer the support that helped me the most. I know that everyone's experience of ADHD is unique, and that functional challenges vary from person to person. Thriving with ADHD involves getting to know yourself, understanding the strategies you can use to shield yourself from harmful stigma at work and within academia, and building your own toolbox for navigating life with executive dysfunction. There is no "one right way". Together, we can create strategies that work with you and for you!
