About Me

Hello, My name is Regina and I am Certified Professional Life Coach and the founder of All For You Life Coaching located in Melville, NY. In-person coaching as well as tele-coaching sessions are offered. I am a psychiatric nurse with a degree in Human Development/Psychology from SUNY Empire State College. I have a big heart for people and truly love to give back. I believe that a person can accomplish anything that they put their minds to. The answers lie within yourself and sometimes it just takes a helping hand to bring you to the level that you need to be. I am here to lend that hand.
