About Me
For over half my life, I was aware of something missing. A feeling that there was more to life and that I could be living it better. It prompted me to embark on a journey ten years ago, exploring both science and spirituality in search of what I had lost - myself. And once I discovered the path to finding myself, everything changed...everything.
As someone who specializes in assisting recently divorced individuals, I am passionate about helping them transform negative thoughts and stress into confidence and self-empowerment.
My goal is to help make the next chapter of their lives the best one yet.
Life coaching is not just a job for me, it is my calling, it is my passion.
Watching my clients conquer their demons and live beyond their wildest dreams is the greatest reward.
As a certified life coach, I am trained both in traditional and dynamic coaching. I am an avid reader and am continuously studying to improve my skills.

I have really enjoyed this coaching series with Richard. As a mother we tend to give our all to our families and lose sight of ourselves and personal goals in the process. Richard has challenged me to explore my own values and goals whilst bringing me back on track when i have began to fall into previous habits.
