An internationally accredited Master NLP and Life Coach Trainer, Rik is one of Australia's most loved and respected.

Author of best seller, "The Secrets of Creating a Life Beyond Limits". Rik is the well known for his ability to start a business with little or no money down and knows how to maximise results and opportunities. In the recession of the 80's he grew his Advertising Agency from number 350 to number 12 without any start-up capital!

Prior to coaching, Rik worked as a Marketing Manager for News Limited and as a Creative Director in Advertising. He was also the founder and Director of Whozu Advertising & Marketing, and Schnabel & Knights Advertising and an XL Results Foundation Member who helped to develop a Victorian base for Entrepreneurs around the world.

Rik also featured in the movie, "What if?" and is an entertaining, motivational speaker specialising in the development of a leading mindset.
