Coaching is my passion and I pursue it with an aim to help you overcome your limiting beliefs & mental blocks, get rid of fears and inhibitions and deal with habit forming practices that are inhibitors to growth and success.

I worked with Coach Ritika during Feb-March 2022, and was very happy with the feedback and actionable insights I received. Confidence building, validation that it's not just me - those two things were very helpful. For me, challenges aren't difficult, but if it's something I perceive to be novel, I often get caught in the loop of why only me + since there is no example to understand, how do I break down the task into manageable, achievable goals. The sessions both directly (through the structured planning tools, that break down the big looming task) and indirectly (through the coach's hints) tell you it isn't just you. Second, it's always good to talk about issues. Since it was in a structured format and mainly me speaking, it helped me see the holes and excessive draws in my own train of thought.
