About Me

I believe that coaching is not therapy; nor is it cheerleading (though I will celebrate your successes and co-create the conditions to repeat them). Coaching is a reciprocal exchange between myself and my clients in which I help you: (1) clarify what you want from your life, relationship or career; and (2) put in place a workable plan to make it happen.

Soulcentric coaching creates the possibility to go even deeper, beneath the layers of personality, persona or profession and connect with your deepest sense of life purpose, meaning and identity.

I work with individuals, couples and teams. I also facilitate workshops for larger groups, and deliver motivational speeches to inspire groups and teams to peak performance.

I come to coaching after a 20+ year career as a management consultant advising executives and their teams across Canada and internationally on strategy, social responsibility, innovation and stakeholder engagement. I hold advanced degrees in Geography and Environmental Management, as well as certifications in management consulting and coaching, respectively. I have also received advanced training in psycho-spiritual depth work.
