Hi, I’m Robert Baggett

I founded Cultivate to offer a different kind of support—one that honors both the complexity of modern life and the deep, timeless wisdom of ancient Taoist teachings, especially those of Laozi and Zhuangzi.

Like many of the people I work with, I’ve lived through seasons of transition—times when life asked me to slow down, shift direction, or listen more deeply to what truly mattered. For me, those moments weren’t just career shifts—they were invitations to be of more meaningful service in the world.

For over 25 years, I worked as a creative director and brand strategist—helping others tell their stories with clarity and purpose. But over time, I felt drawn toward something more integrative, more human, and more healing.

That call led me to study Classical Chinese Medicine and work as a practitioner. There, I saw that the real transformation came not just from treatment, but from presence, coaching, and reconnection.

Now, as a certified coach, I bring all of this together—creative insight, Taoist perspective, and grounded support. I’m here to walk with you—not to tell you where to go, but to help you listen more clearly to yourself, your body, and the life that wants to move through you.
