About Me
Growth begins with authenticity. Whether you're navigating a life transition, grappling with identity questions, opening up your relationship, or striving to show up more fully in your work and personal life, coaching can help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
I work with individuals who want to deepen their self-awareness, improve communication, strengthen their relationships, and live more authentically — in whatever form that takes. Together, we'll identify what's getting in your way, tap into your unique energy and values, and create an empowering path toward the life you want.
My coaching approach is open, curious, and client-centered. I believe you already have the answers within you — my role is to help you access them, challenge limiting beliefs, and build the tools you need to move through fear, shame, or "stuckness".
A bit about my background: Coming out as bisexual (around age 30) was a major turning point in my own life, teaching me firsthand the power of radical self-acceptance. That journey didn't just change my identity — it changed how I show up in relationships, friendships, family dynamics, and my career. I bring that lived experience to my work with clients, including (but not limited to) bisexual and queer men, individuals and couples exploring non-monogamy, as well as anyone looking for more authenticity and deeper spiritual connection in their life or career.
In addition to coaching, I'm a writer and content creator. I was a staff writer on "Law & Order: SVU" for seven seasons, and I also created the "Two Bi Guys" podcast and recently wrote my first book, "Bisexual Married Men: Stories of Relationships, Acceptance, and Authenticity" (Routledge, 2023). I am an ICF-accredited Associate Coach, completed my Certified Professional Coach training with iPEC in 2023 and have been coaching a diverse range of clients ever since.
Ultimately, coaching with me is about helping you live life on your terms — with honesty, integrity, and joy.

I began meeting with Rob at the start of my marital separation. I was in the middle of reading his book, Bisexual Married Men, and felt that his experience with that topic would be a perfect fit for me.
