About Me

After 25 years helping organizations improve performance and leadership, I realized that turning a company was like turning a battleship. The change I want to create happens one person or one couple at a time—where the work is personal, relational, actionable, and lasting. That insight led me to coaching: helping people and couples achieve greater clarity, purpose, and connection in life, work, and love.

My background in human performance, transformation, psychotherapy, and couples counseling taught me that awareness alone doesn’t create change. Growth happens when insight meets action—when we understand ourselves and begin to live differently. My approach blends psychological depth with practical tools to help you make that shift.

I see my role as working myself out of a job, not creating dependency. From our first session, we’ll define what success looks like to YOU and check our progress regularly. I view relationships, purpose, and our life’s work as spiritual paths in the everyday sense—not religious, but deeply human ways of waking up to who we are and delivering our gifts to the world.
