About Me

I’m a personable & dedicated PCC certified interview & career coach – becoming a coach was a natural extension of 27 years working & being a mentor in the high tech field as a Software Development Engineer, Technical Program Manager, Certified Scrum Master & Director of Engineering. In each of these roles I have had the privilege to be a mentor helping people to develop & establish the roadmap of their careers. I’ve also benefitted as well, learning from everyone I’ve mentored and experiencing the many ways in which my mentees learn & apply these learnings to their careers & lives.

After coaching more than 400 sessions to well over 100 people this last two years, I’ve developed and put together a tried and true set of strategies and preparation tips that have improved the odds of landing the job offer. Strategies that prepare you emotionally & mentally for the grueling interview loops at the FAANG group – Google, Facebook/Meta, Amazon, Apple & other top flight technology companies. My experience as both a candidate & senior interviewer in the full end to end process has helped me to define my strategies on how to approach & prepare for each stage of the interview cycle. Firstly – simply staying calm, cool & collected during your conversations with interviewers is a big plus! Poise and confidence goes a long ways towards presenting yourself as a highly valued resource for any company, at any level and any role. Secondly – creating and refining a set of stories that as a group representing the strengths of your successes and even the learnings of your failures in the most impressive light is imperative. This preparation is really necessary before entering the interviews – we will work together on building your story portfolio with discipline as well as build excellent communication skills for you to be successful.
