Life Coach, Relationship Coach, Business Coach

Assisting people to reach their full potential has been what I do best for about 10 years. It is a pleasure to see goals being reached through relationships being improved and lives being changed.
My focus is on: Relationship science; Neuroscience; Change management; People development; Emotional intelligence.
I see myself as a mother, motivator, transformation coach, change agent, relationships coach, ETDP SETA registered facilitator (pending), thinker, neuroscience student, behavioural practitioner, emotional intelligence advocate.
With a background in management and human sciences (economics, industrial psychology, business management, psychology and sociology) at Unisa.
My continued study and research is for the purpose of achieving expert status (10 000 hours) in my field – Neuroscience (the mind –body connection). A conservative estimate of my total hours towards this goal is currently at 7000.
My social responsibility contribution is in the field of domestic violence and I have a passion to help eradicate this social evil.
I believe that my strengths as a coach (and individual) are: my experience, wisdom, dedication, integrity, professionalism, insight, commitment, empathy, objectivity and focus on results.
I am of the opinion that our success and happiness depends, to a large degree, on our ability to tolerate and thrive within a changing environment and uncertain society. Underpinning our unique situations are the relationships we develop and maintain with others and which affect every aspect of our lives (personal and professional) and which are fundamental to the human experience. Our experiences, negative and positive, can be traced back to relationships.
We are therefore constantly relating; with partners, lovers, friends, family, colleagues and strangers; at home, work or school. Having an objective party, a life coach, to help identify destructive patterns will assist you in making positive change in your personal and professional life and overcome obstacles. This can include concepts such as EQ (Emotional Intelligence), resilience (AQ – Adversity Quotient), confidence, work-life integration, productivity, performance, communication, conflict resolution, etc.
