About Me

I’m Romel Santiago, a trauma-informed identity and intimacy coach helping people move through the quiet, complicated transitions that shape who we become.

For nearly 20 years, I’ve worked with individuals navigating identity shifts, intimacy questions, emotional overwhelm, sexuality exploration, cultural pressures, and the internal conflicts that surface when the life you’ve been living no longer matches the person you’re becoming. My approach blends trauma-informed grounding, somatic awareness, sexuality and intimacy insight, shadow work, and monk-inspired simplicity to help you reconnect with your inner truth.

Many people come to me feeling lost, split, disconnected, or unsure of their next step. Some are exploring desire or sexuality privately. Others feel stuck between two identities, carrying old patterns, shame, or confusion they’ve never voiced out loud. Some are ending a chapter, questioning purpose, or craving a calmer, more aligned life. My role is to help you slow down, listen deeply, understand what’s shifting, and support you through the evolution that’s already happening within you.

I offer a grounded, direct, non-judgmental space for honest self-exploration. Together we clarify what you want, what’s getting in the way, and who you are becoming. Instead of focusing on pathology or diagnosis, we work with identity, clarity, embodiment, intimacy, purpose, emotional regulation, and the parts of you that are ready to emerge.
