About Me

Leadership can be incredibly rewarding—and incredibly lonely. I work with small business owners and nonprofit leaders who are juggling everything and wondering if they’re doing it “right.” They might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just in need of a thinking partner who can help them step back, look at the big picture, and move forward with clarity.

My coaching style is practical, honest, and supportive. I’m not here to deliver cookie-cutter advice or spout corporate jargon. I’m here to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and help you reconnect with your vision. We’ll focus on what matters most—whether that’s making a tough decision, navigating team dynamics, defining your mission and goals, or just getting unstuck.

My background is in nonprofit leadership, organizational development, and mental health. I’ve been the executive director making impossible choices, the manager navigating tricky team issues, and the entrepreneur building something from scratch. I understand the pressure, and I also understand the power of having someone in your corner who gets it.

I’m trained in Patrick Lencioni’s Working Genius and Five Dysfunctions of a Team models, and I use tools like those to help teams work better together. But most of all, I bring real-world experience, a whole lot of heart, and a deep belief that you don’t have to do this alone.
