About Me

Viktor Frankl, the famed psychiatrist, Holocaust survivor and author of "Man's Search for Meaning", once wrote: "The meaning of my life is to help others find the meaning of their lives." This is what excites and inspires me and has been this way throughout my entire life, even when I was not aware of it. It is what stands at the center of my approach to moving ahead in our lives, "meaning-centered coaching", which is all about helping clients navigate their challenges, find what is authentically meaningful for them, set goals, vision, action plans, among others.

My journey in life has taken me to living in 5 different countries, living and exploring cultures, languages, philosophies, types of careers. I am not embarassed to say that I was and remain a "seeker", not just for myself but for all the clients I have worked with- and I am talking about hundreds for more than 6000 hours over 21 years. It has been a sacred privilege to accompany these people with immense curiosity in THEIR journeys to set and meet THEIR goals!

My path has included:

A deep journey into the wisdom of the east- Aikido, Tai-Chi, Yoga, Buddhist philosophy and psychology.
A rich upbringing in Jewish tradition, culture and philosophy
Advanced study of logotherapy- meaning-based therapy and philosophy
"Sageing"- a positive approach to personal and spiritual growth with age.
A PhD dissertation, Wisdom Studies (PhD in Philosophy)- “Reflections of children of Holocaust survivors in their second half of life.”
An MBA in international business (as well as 15 years of experience as an international business development manager in biotech and technology worlds).

I empower people who are in life transition seeking: more meaning and purpose in life, personal and “inner” development as they age, to move through crisis into growth and hope, to see and value the existential opportunities of their lives wherever they may be!

This is what makes life meaningful to me!
