About Me

As a specialized Trauma Coach, I help individuals heal the wounds that have kept them feeling stuck, unseen, and disconnected from themselves and others. My focus is on childhood and inner child healing, relational and attachment challenges, and the impact of life events and situational trauma. These experiences can leave lasting imprints that show up as anxiety, low self-worth, unhealthy relationship patterns, or difficulty trusting yourself—and my mission is to help you rewrite that story.

I believe that healing is not about “fixing” you—because you are not broken—it’s about uncovering the parts of yourself that learned to survive and guiding them into wholeness. Through a compassionate, structured coaching process, I empower my clients to reconnect with their inner strength, build healthier relationships, and step into their authentic power.

I offer 3-month and 6-month coaching packages designed to help you go deeper into your healing journey. While single sessions can provide short-term relief, true transformation takes time, consistency, and integration. Packages allow us to work through layers of trauma, build a strong foundation of coping skills, and practice real-life application of tools week after week. Clients who commit to this process experience lasting change because they are supported, held accountable, and given the space to truly grow—not just “feel better” for the moment.
