About Me

For starters, we are in this together, I am your PARTNER in a growth process. You are not just another client!

TOGETHER, we will formulate a plan, engage, test, adjust and make a life style that will work for you. Each one of us is different, with different dreams, likes, dislikes, stresses… We will create a path to a more peaceful and fulfilling life made just for you by you.

As partners, we’ll tackle what is not working for you, what is causing you pain and stress and deal with it, and we’ll have a good time doing it.

It may seem overwhelming at first. It definitely can pull you out of your comfort zone. But it will be increasingly right for the real you. And, everything is absolutely, completely between us.

My Approach:

As your personal coach, I help you define the priorities in your life and filter out the noise, so you can find the serenity you are looking for. My job is NOT to be your EXPERT… to come in and dictate what you should or shouldn’t do. My job is to listen, reflect, and guide you to a plan that you create and feel comfortable with. And then help you adjust the plan and keep moving down your path. Easy!

Additionally, I want you to never HAVE to use me again. The process we use should start to feel completely natural…something that you can do on your own, and fall back on whenever you feel that you need to reboot. It may sound a little strange, however, if you love what I’ve done for you, you may never need me again, but you will want me to help your friends. We can build a supportive community of amazing people together.

That being said, you might want me to help with a brand new situation. And that would be fabulous, I am always ready to delve into something new!
