About Me

With a BSc in Psychology, MSc in Health Management, and a Diploma in Coaching, NLP Trainer, Certified Hypnotherapist, I bridge science and strategy to help driven professionals achieve more without sacrificing what matters most.
I’ve always been fascinated by what drives human potential. After completing my BSc in Psychology, I pursued an MSc in Management, eager to understand how individuals and organisations thrive.

My career began in the corporate world, where I climbed the ladder through a combination of strategic thinking and what seemed like endless cycles of crunch time. But I quickly noticed something troubling, the higher I rose, the more I saw highly driven people, including myself compromising personal time in pursuit of success.
This experience taught me firsthand the unique pressures of leadership, the isolation of decision-making, the weight of responsibility, and the challenge of maintaining perspective while moving fast.
It was during these years, while juggling business growth, leadership and raising a family, that I had my breakthrough realisation, sustainable success isn’t about working harder or sacrificing more. The highest performers weren’t those pushing themselves to the brink, they were the ones who had mastered the art of working smarter with clarity, focus and balance.

This insight led me to coaching. I became an ICF Professional Certified Coach, trained in NLP, hypnotherapy, and meditation instruction, not as quick fixes, but as practical tools for high performance.

Today, I combine:

- Academic background in psychology and management
- Evidence-based coaching methodologies
- Practical behavioural tools
To help ambitious professionals achieve more by doing less to work with their natural strengths rather than against them.
What excites me most isn’t just helping clients hit targets, it’s seeing them do so while becoming more present in their life.
