About Me

My background is in clinical nursing - I worked as a bed side nurse for
several years and then started health coaching clients with chronic illness , including mental health. I can significantly help clients who suffer from anxiety, panic attack, stress, depression , as well as clients with weight concerns, diabetes, cardiovascular issues,...to improve or heal completely from these debilitating symptoms. Due to the multiple students i trained and coaches, I can see teenagers and young adults as well. My practice combines health education with tips from most recent research with coaching tools. I have more than 15 years in education that helps me better engage with clients when I explain and focus on the objectives. My cultural background is Eastern European so I do very well with European and Eastern European clients, but not necessarily. My style is very motivating, proactive and creative.
