I’m an energetic certified Neurolife coach with a passion for unlocking your full potential to living a purposeful life. My coaching interaction is built on connection, trust, empathy and honesty as I believe these values are the cornerstone to a great coaching relationship. Through the coaching journey we will identify, and change limiting beliefs, build on your strengths, focus on positive thoughts and behaviour, and facilitate lifestyle changes rather than dwelling on existing challenges.

As a wife and mom, I truly understand how difficult it can be to juggle all the areas of life.

My certifications include NeuroLife & Executive Coach, Foundations of Executive Coaching, NLP Practitioner and a registered International mBIT Coach and Integrative Enneagram Practitioner
