About Me

With over 2 decades of work experience and over 4 decades of life experience, I bring a blend of knowledge, skills & empathy to my coaching. My coaching & learning philosophies center on seeing people holistically and recognizing that we are all part of a larger ecosystem that works together.

My mission is to enable individuals to uncover their values, clarify their purpose, resolve internal conflicts, shine a light on empowering & limiting beliefs, and achieve their objectives by unlocking their inherent potential.

I love helping people to create strategic self-awareness through the lens of personality and to connect their own behaviors to the resulting impact on the people around them. I enable my clients to discover, align and action their development goals to achieve success. I have been fortunate to have coached high performing individual contributors, line managers, senior level leaders, C-Suite executives, leadership teams, functional teams, and cross-functional groups in wide-ranging types of organizations.

My coachees have created success for themselves, their functions, and their organizations through promotions to more senior roles, achievement of stretch targets, revenue growth, better innovation & execution skills, better people management skills, and last - but certainly not least - achieving fulfilling lives inside and outside work.
