I immediately sensed a lightness to Coach Ruffa's demeanor which made me feel comfortable in opening up during our first session. She provided a very professional yet very kind and very relaxed atmosphere which helped us go through difficult topics and self evaluation sessions without hesitation. I am about to do my final session with her this weekend and happy to say it was time and resources well spent. I feel that I have a clear direction ahead and excited to apply the learnings I gained through the sessions.

Ruffa has been very instrumental in me to be able to achieve my goal. I am the type of person who knows what to do but has a lot of excuses before finally doing what needs to be done, and having Ruffa as my coach, helped me manage what I felt was unmanageable. She made me recognize the blockers and the potential solutions that were just there all along. I like how she made me realize what could be done better rather than making me feel guilty when I was not able to do what I had committed. I like how she challenged me to think of better ways to push myself rather than dictating to me what to do.

What I liked most about my coaching sessions with Ruffa was the safe space I felt. I always felt comfortable in expressing my thoughts. She also challenged me accept where I was at with my decision and to make changes and adjustments at my own pace. I would definitely recommend her as a coach.

When I commenced my coaching journey with my coach, Ruffa Gonzales, I was going through a career transition in my professional life. I was in a state of confusion, filled with self doubt and unable to decide in which direction to move ahead. My sessions with Ruffa gave me an opportunity to think deeply, overcome my self limiting beliefs, ignite my inner confidence and approach the situation with positivity & clarity of thought. She created a very safe environment for me to express myself and channelised my thoughts through her powerful questions, pertinent metaphors and beautiful smile. Being my accountability partner, she nudged me towards implementing the action steps and also supported me with resources wherever possible. Over all my coaching experience with Ruffa has been empowering and enriching.

I really enjoyed working with Ruffa! After just a few sessions I was able to make great progress! But the most important part was the mind shift we were able to achieve together to help me see my goals differently and realize that there are many roads that lead to them. This realization was a breakthrough moment for me. That helped me to be kind to myself and listen to my needs better instead of focusing on the noise around me. I loved Ruffa's positive attitude and her talent to encourage you and support you on your journey! We created a system that worked for me and I was able to stick to it. I am very happy with the results and will continue implementing what I learned!

Ruffa is a very gifted coach and I am so glad to have been her client! Firstly, she held space for me that allowed me to relax, focus and reflect - very helpful for me to identify and unpack my outcome with clarity. Her warmth and humor added to this experience. Secondly, she was attentive and responsive in a way that helped me see the situation I was exploring from a fresh perspective ,and with greater depth and detail. I really needed this in order to move forward from where I was stuck at the time. Last but not least, she skillfully questioned and challenged me to move out of my comfort zone in the way I looked at my experiences. As a result, I left the session with a sense of added awareness about my next step towards my goal! I even gained a sense of my own next level! I look forward to future sessions with her!
