About Me

With a Ph.D. in psychology and board certification in health psychology, I have over a decade of experience in executive consulting. An expert in strategic use of verbal behavior, I'm a member of the international Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) and train individuals and groups to sharpen verbal skills to help improve motivation in others. I have guided organizational leaders across military, educational, and health sectors to optimize their teams to achieve their vision of success.

I derive deep sense of meaning when helping people realize their potential and will tirelessly seek to ensure my work is both useful and also engaging on an interpersonal level. Ideal clients for my coaching practice are experiencing professional and personal challenges or transitions, seeking to infuse their organization with a culture of performance and well-being, and looking to solidify their values which drive a focus on long-term personal and professional fulfillment.
