About Me
Am an IT professional from India who has been in the industry for over two decades working with two of the largest IT companies in India and the world. I have seen the IT industry flourish and have myself operated from US and UK geographies for about 8 years. In my current role I deal with leadership from various Banking and Retail corporates along with closely operating with my management.
I believe I have the ability to listen deeply, empathise with people and figure the unsaid. I also believe that over the years I have also been able to hone my skills to support people achieve their goals and coach and guide them on the way.
Lastly, if I can truly be a support to anyone by being their sounding board and help motivate them achieve their dreams, I would consider myself successful.
