About Me

I’m a career coach who helps mission-driven professionals find clarity, confidence, and direction in their careers. I work with changemakers across social impact, education, nonprofits, international development, and public service who are ready to align their work with their values and make meaningful change.

My coaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that your career should reflect both who you are and what you care about. I help clients pause, reflect, and reconnect with what drives them so they can move forward with purpose and intention. Whether you’re exploring your next step, pivoting into a new field, or rebuilding after a transition, I help you turn uncertainty into a strategic plan.

I bring nearly two decades of cross-sector experience to my coaching practice, including roles with the United Nations, Sesame Workshop, and the Aga Khan Development Network. I’m also the co-founder of Games & Learning, an education social enterprise helping families discover diverse learning tools through our digital marketplace, Locket. Alongside my private coaching practice, I serve as a Lecturer and Career Coach at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, where I’ve guided hundreds of students and alumni in shaping purposeful careers.

My process combines reflection, strategy, and action. Together, we uncover your strengths, clarify your goals, and map concrete next steps, whether that means rewriting your narrative, navigating a job search, or building confidence in your leadership voice.
