About Me

I started meditating when I was 15. Since then, a lot of experiences have come my way. I have built a niche to locate the root of your problems and work right at our subconscious level.

I hold masters degrees in English literature as well as Indian philosophy. I have training both in the Western culture and in the eastern mindful tradition. I believe that human nature is the same everywhere and the Absolute, the God or the Nature is no different from an individual human self. So, my focus of practice is “I am”. If we try to qualify this statement with any adjective, be it a profession or a relationship or any hobby, we are limiting the scope of who we are.
