Bachelor in Psychology
With a diverse professional background in risk management, data analysis, continuous improvement, and project management across Japan, Thailand, and New Zealand, I transitioned to become a professional life coach and career coach in 2022. I am passionate about positive psychology and guiding individuals through transformative journeys to discover their authentic selves. Additionally, I am actively involved in mentoring Japanese females seeking career changes through a female support program initiated by Tokyo prefecture.
The book "How to Remove Mental Blocks and Live Authentically," released in Japanese in 2023 achieved the number one ranking on Amazon (in five categories including psychology and women in the work place).
In private life, I am enthusiastic about nature and hiking, and I have been practicing Ashtanga Yoga for over 15 years.
My mission is to empower individuals to believe in themselves and unlock their full potential, guiding them towards breakthroughs and ultimately helping them become their true selves.
