About Me

You have the ambition. You have the ideas. But figuring out your next move—and following through—can feel overwhelming. That’s where I come in.

I’m Samantha, Founder & Chief Wingwoman of The Business Wingwoman. I’m a business and career coach specializing in sales strategy, helping ambitious entrepreneurs and professionals turn overwhelm into action and goals into growth.

With more than 23 years in sales and 15 years of leadership experience, I bring real-world perspective to building relationships, navigating challenges, developing talent, and moving business forward. I partner with people who are ready for more but need a clear plan, an honest sounding board, and accountability to make it happen.

Maybe you’ve built a business you believe in but struggle to find clients or confidently sell your services. Maybe you’re working hard in your career but aren’t seeing the growth or recognition you want. Or maybe you know exactly what you should do—and need support to consistently do it.

Together, we’ll clarify your goals, identify what’s getting in the way, and create practical strategies you can put into action. My approach combines encouragement with direct feedback, sales expertise, and accountability that keeps your priorities from getting lost in the day-to-day.

As a wife, mother of three, and business owner, I understand what it means to pursue big goals while managing a full life. I’ve navigated career changes, questioned my next move, and learned that confidence often comes from taking action before you feel completely ready.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone. You deserve a Wingwoman who sees your potential and helps you take ownership of it.

Let’s turn “one day” into day one.
