About Me

Hi, I’m Samantha Ross.
Parenting coach, mom of three, and cycle-breaker in progress.

I didn’t become a coach because parenting came easily to me. I became one because I know how overwhelming, isolating, and confusing it can feel, especially when you’re trying to do things differently than how you were raised. After the birth of my first child, I was hit hard by postpartum anxiety and depression. I remember feeling terrified of getting it wrong, exhausted by the weight of being everything to someone so small, and constantly searching for answers that never felt quite right. That season cracked something open in me, and over time, it also lit a fire.

Now, years (and two more kids) later, I support parents who are in the thick of it: navigating tantrums, sibling fights, overstimulation, and the invisible mental load that never seems to stop. I coach with the belief that parenting isn’t about perfection—it’s about presence, emotional safety, and healing as we go. I bring together the science of the nervous system, the power of connection, and down-to-earth tools that work in real, messy moments. Because we all deserve support that doesn’t shame us, strategies that don’t require superhuman patience, and someone to remind us we’re not failing—we’re growing.

I’m certified through the Jai Institute for Parenting, where I trained in conscious parenting, emotional intelligence, and trauma-informed support. But honestly? My biggest teachers have been my kids, and the work I’ve done to reparent myself so I can show up for them with more calm, clarity, and confidence.
