About Me

Over 15 years ago, I started studying psychology and went to graduate school to become a Marriage and Family Therapist. Before completing my Master’s, I needed to make a career change. Life coaching is my career, now. Assisting others in being where they want to be in life brings happiness. Studying psychology and counseling, I received a lot of useful training that will assist clients receiving coaching. Some of that training includes suicide prevention, domestic relationships, dialectic thoughts and more! I am happy to answer questions in depth in a consultation to discover what I can assist you with. Others describe me as motivating, inspirational and a good accountability partner. With a long pursuit of becoming a psychologist, I have oriented my work towards supporting becoming specialized in Marriage and Family Therapy. While my knowledge of psychology helps navigate, and overcome, many issues, my focus on Marriage and Family Therapy has allowed me to acquire training in the field. When I decided to become a psychologist, I knew I wanted to incorporate God into my career. With a life-long, continual study of God, Faith and Spirituality, I am happy to assist others in navigating life’s challenges through a lens of spirituality, talk about their Faith and/or consider any other requests related to God.
