About Me

I have been part of top managements and executive committees collaborating with other functional heads and CEOs at Country, Regional and Zonal levels respectively, in managing businesses in difficult operating environments, with business results that stand out.

I possess extensive experience in managing the core areas of Human Resources, and in a multinational company from Country, Regional and Zonal/Global levels, with testimonials of value added contributions to business development and growth.

In pursuit of optimizing return on investment in respect of time spent with clients, I have equipped myself and have been certified as a Strengths Coach by the Gallup Organization. Strengths coaches help their clients explore their talents, unleash their potential, and be at their best. I am also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF), as well as being a member of the ICF.

As a Coach, I passionately work with corporate executives, professionals, as well as teams and private individuals, in a way that frees them up, drives results to boost their levels of success and satisfaction in realizing their full potentials and meeting desired objectives.

As a Consultant and trainer, I love working with organizations in areas of general HR interests, and specifically in Total Rewards Policy and Strategy development and implementation, Industrial and Employee Relations.
