About Me

There's a particular kind of silence that happens after
immigration. Not the peaceful kind. The kind where your
creative voice, the one that used to know exactly what it
wanted to make, to say, to become, goes quiet. Not because
it left. Because it's waiting to see if this new place is
safe enough to speak.

That silence is where my work begins.

I'm Sanam, an ICF Professional Certified Coach at the PCC
level, and the founder of Artology Coaching. Artology is
the art of adaptation, a philosophy built on the belief
that life, like art, asks us to stay curious, stay honest,
and keep making something from what we're given.

I work with Iranian creatives: musicians, writers,
filmmakers, performers, and artists of every kind who are
navigating the in-between. The space between who they were
and who they're becoming. Between the life they left and
the one they're still building.

My coaching process is rooted in awareness and imagination.
We don't start with your to-do list. We start with what's
actually alive in you — the patterns beneath the surface,
the blocks that keep showing up, the unlived ideas that
haven't found their shape yet. From there, we build
something concrete: clarity, direction, and the kind of
commitment that holds even when life gets complicated.

I bring this work not just as a coach, but as someone who
has lived the same tension. I'm a professional singer,
composer, and songwriter with a Master Certificate in
Songwriting from Berklee College of Music. I know what it
means to carry a creative identity across borders. I know
the specific grief of leaving an artistic community behind
and the slow, nonlinear work of finding your voice again
in a new language, a new city, a new life.

My credentials include ICF PCC certification with 400+
coaching hours, Enneagram practitioner training, Level 2
ICF Accredited Coach Training, and an MBA from the
University of Tehran. But what I bring to every session is
something no credentia
